I can’t say enough about Krossbers. I recommend them to everyone. They are friendly and helpful. It truly feels like you are part of the family. We are on our second spa from them. If you have questions they will take the time to answer. 5 star service for sure

2022 Caldera Salina Spa Owner here - Our Caldera Salina spa is a dream in so many ways. The quality of the tub, ease of water care and use is 5 stars. We have the fresh water salt system and keeping water quality in balance is impressively easy. The hydrotherapy benefits of this brand is amazing for all types of aches and pains.
On to our now family, Krossber Brothers Pool and spa. From the first introduction of Chad to maintenance supplies, the relaxed buying experience was informative, fun, and super simple. This company goes beyond the call to be sure you have the knowledge and answers to any questions you may have. The staff, in particular Chad, Michelle, Mike, and Josh have been incredible. They are all so friendly and treat you like family. You can tell by the smiles and demeanor of all the staff, that this company cares.
