Buying a hot tub from Krossber was the easiest transaction. They were helpful from the moment I walked in without being pushy. Installation was a breeze, and every time I walk in there with a water sample they greet me (without trying to sell me a thing, EVER) as though we are old friends. It’s just been a pleasure all the way around!
